The IDOT/UIC was honored for the second year in a row with the ITS Midwest Project of the Year Award for its Gateway Traveler Information System project.

This project featured rebranding and modernization from the original gcmtravel.com website, and a freight consumer focus via the new Truckers Report designed to more efficiently present information to commercial vehicle users.
